Rottweiler vs. Wolf in the mist of guarding its cattle

A rottweiler is a guard dog for both people and livestock. They were used to guard cattle from both humans and animals so while guarding cattle, what if a wolf appears. What would happen if the wolf decided not to back down?

I give it to the rottweiler because they have proved formidable livestock guards and have been known in the cattle driving days to fight off wolves and other predators. A rottweiler will also fight to the death to defend what is his, and the wolf is probaly the same size but the rtw will have more will to fight because the wolf is a threat so a wolf doesnt stand a chance with a rtw on duty as he doesnt with any other livestock guarding dog such as lgds(kangals,co,cao,sage koochees,tornjaks,tibetan mastiffs,akbashs,sarplaninacs,estrela mountain dogs,and spanish mastiffs, molossian stock guards were rottweilers,neos,presas,cane corsos,dogue de bordeaux,ambulls,boerboels,even ca de bous. But the chances that a wolf will not back down while the rottweiler is there giving a warning is 1/10.

old roman rtw where one of the best cattle guarders and they fight to the death when they are protecting someting there is many story of rtw dead saveing owners from badguys,cows and other wild beasts.so i am so sure that a good rtw will beat that wolf.
